Rainwater systems with gutters in the Oulu region
An easy-to-install rainwater system is a finished product that stylishly completes the appearance of your home. Depending on your needs, gutters and downpipes are available in either square or half-round designs. A generous 5″ gutter size combined with a 100 mm downpipe is sufficient to handle water flow even during heavy storms.
Custom-length gutters are available with a short delivery time. With an intermediate connector installed on the downpipe and a bendable outlet, you can easily direct rainwater straight into a barrel for irrigation.
The rainwater system is made from color-coated thin steel sheet. Standard colors include white, black, dark grey, and dark brown. Other colors are available by special order.

Wall ladders and roof ladders for felt and metal roofs
Safe roof access begins with carefully selected, durable wall ladders. Easy access to the roof ridge is ensured with pitched (roof) ladders. The frame of the roof ladder is made from oval-shaped steel tubing.
The frame lengths for wall ladders, roof ladders, and emergency ladders are 1.2 m, 2.1 m, 2.7 m, and 3.3 m. Ladder length can be easily extended by connecting multiple sections together, with joints secured by bolts. In addition to the main frame, wall ladders include an installation kit with top arches, wall mounting brackets, and eaves supports.
Roof ladders are attached to metal and felt roofs using raised mounting brackets, and to standing seam roofs with a two-part center bracket that clamps onto the vertical seam of the profile sheet.
Emergency ladders are used in two- or multi-story buildings to enable evacuation through a window in case of an emergency. In addition to the main frame, the installation kit includes short wall brackets. A 1.5 m side rail set can also be attached for horizontal movement; this set includes wall brackets and screws.
Roof walkway
For roof areas requiring maintenance—such as chimneys and roof penetrations—a safe access route must be provided. A roof walkway is a stable solution that ensures safe access even in extreme conditions.
The roof walkway set is 3 m long and includes a non-slip walkway element, brackets with seals, fastening accessories, and adjustable plates for setting the desired angle. Individual components are also available separately.
Snow guards
Snow guards prevent dangerous situations caused by falling snow and ice from the roof. They can also protect structures located on the roof. Snow guards should be installed as close to the eaves as possible, while ensuring the snow load remains on or above the load-bearing structure. On long roof slopes (over 5 m), snow guards should be installed in multiple rows to distribute the load evenly across the roof. A snow guard set includes two sturdy 3 m steel tubes, brackets suitable for the roofing material, screws, and seals.
